Drink of the Month

Happy April! I’d like to introduce you to my next drink on the menu - Aviation. I choose this cocktail for the use of creme de violette. 2021 is all about reinventing yourself and the violet flowers represent this perfectly. Did you know that some types of violets bloom twice in one year? The first bloomers in spring are tender and graceful. The second troupe of violets tends to be more hearty, focus-driven…they know they are the last, best chance for survival. This symbolism leaves me thinking about my initial goals and my long term goals.

For the ingredients and instructions on how to make this yummy drink, see below.
